Chicken TNNT2/Troponin T Type 2 ELISA Kit

From Assay Genie, this sandwich double-antibody ELISA is designed for the quantitative measurement of TNNT2 (Troponin T, Type 2, cardiac; also known as cTnT) in chicken samples. Validated sample types include serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples.

Reported sensitivity is 14.063 pg/mL with a working range of 23.438-1500 pg/mL. Linearity (n = 5) for serum was 87-104% at 1:2, 85-99% at 1:4, and 88-99% at 1:8; for EDTA plasma 86-103%, 82-95%, and 80-95%; and for heparin plasma 88-103%, 82-95%, and 80-100%. Recovery averaged 98% in serum (range 87-105), 94% in EDTA plasma (range 90-102), and 95% in heparin plasma (range 88-104). Storage is at 2-8°C for 12 months.
