Chicken PDGF-BB (Platelet Derived Growth Factor bb) ELISA Kit

The Assay Genie Chicken PDGF-BB ELISA Kit provides a quantitative tool for measuring platelet-derived growth factor BB in avian serum and plasma samples. PDGF-BB is a homodimeric growth factor (two B chains linked by disulfide bonds) that drives angiogenesis, vascular smooth muscle proliferation, fibroblast migration, and wound repair, and is studied in poultry developmental biology, skeletal muscle growth, and vascular remodeling research.

The kit supplies coated microplate wells, biotinylated detection antibody, streptavidin-HRP conjugate, calibrated standards, and TMB substrate sufficient for a full plate of determinations. The recommended sample volume is 50 uL per well, and absorbance is read on a standard microplate reader. Each well is processed as a single-use reaction in the assay workflow.

Components should be refrigerated upon receipt and protected from light; allow reagents to equilibrate to room temperature before running the assay.
