Chicken LHRH/GnRH/Luteinizing Hormone Releasing Hormone ELISA Kit

Designed for the accurate measurement of luteinizing hormone releasing hormone in chicken samples, this ELISA kit from Assay Genie supports research into poultry reproductive physiology. The assay is validated for use with serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples.

Performance characteristics include a sensitivity of 18.75 pg/mL and a standard range of 31.25-2000 pg/mL. Linearity has been evaluated in serum (86-98% at 1:2, 89-105% at 1:4, 87-97% at 1:8), EDTA plasma (85-101%, 83-98%, 82-100%), and heparin plasma (81-94%, 86-99%, 83-97%), each with n=10. Spike-and-recovery performance averages 90% for serum, 94% for EDTA plasma, and 95% for heparin plasma (n=10). The procedure uses a biotin-labeled antibody, HRP-streptavidin conjugate, and TMB substrate, with absorbance read at 450 nm. Unopened kits should be stored sealed at 2-8°C and should not be cryopreserved.
