Chicken Interferon Beta (IFNb) ELISA Kit

This Assay Genie immunoassay targets the type I interferon IFN-β expressed by avian leukocytes and is widely applied to poultry immunology, vaccine adjuvant studies, and antiviral defense research in chicken infection models. The kit supplies a pre-coated microplate, lyophilized recombinant standards, biotinylated capture antibody, streptavidin-HRP conjugate, and assay diluent sufficient for one plate run.

Quantitative readout is generated on a standard microplate reader and concentrations are interpolated from a standard curve. Unopened kit components should be stored refrigerated at 4°C and protected from light; reconstituted reagents are stable through limited freeze-thaw cycles when aliquoted.
