Chicken IL-5 ELISA Kit

Designed for the precise measurement of Interleukin 5 (IL-5) levels, this Sandwich ELISA Kit from Assay Genie provides a sensitive and specific tool for avian immunology research. Using a colorimetric detection method with TMB substrate and a double-antibody sandwich format, the kit reports a sensitivity of 9.375 pg/mL and a measuring range of 15.625–1000 pg/mL. Compatible sample types include serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples. The kit is intended for storage at 2–8°C for 12 months.

Validation data include linearity and recovery across serum, EDTA plasma, and heparin plasma. Linearity ranges (n=5) are 87–96%, 85–103%, and 87–98% for serum; 86–96%, 83–97%, and 85–94% for EDTA plasma; and 87–100%, 83–99%, and 89–96% for heparin plasma at 1:2, 1:4, and 1:8 dilutions respectively. Recovery averages are 98% for serum, 94% for EDTA plasma, and 97% for heparin plasma.
