Chicken IL-1B ELISA Kit

From Assay Genie, this sandwich ELISA kit is designed for the quantitative measurement of chicken IL-1B (interleukin-1 beta), a pro-inflammatory cytokine involved in immune response and linked to chronic inflammatory conditions, autoimmune disorders, and infectious diseases in chickens. The assay uses a double-antibody sandwich format with colorimetric detection and is reactive with chicken samples.

The kit is validated for serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples, with a reported sensitivity of 18.75 pg/mL and a standard range of 31.25-2000 pg/mL. The workflow includes plate and reagent equilibration to room temperature, a primary incubation at 37°C for 90 minutes, biotin-labeled detection antibody binding for 60 minutes at 37°C, HRP-streptavidin incubation for 30 minutes, TMB substrate color development for 10-20 minutes in the dark, and a stop reaction with absorbance read at 450 nm.

Reagents are stored at 2-8°C for 12 months. The kit is supplied with a pre-coated dismountable ELISA microplate, lyophilized standard, biotin-labeled detection antibody, HRP-streptavidin conjugate (SABC), TMB substrate, sample dilution buffer, antibody and SABC dilution buffers, stop solution, 25X wash buffer, plate sealer, and a technical manual.
