Chicken IL-16 ELISA Kit

This colorimetric cytokine quantification assay from Assay Genie measures interleukin-16 concentrations in chicken research samples. The kit contains a pre-coated microplate, species-specific capture antibodies raised against chicken IL-16, a biotinylated detection antibody, streptavidin-HRP conjugate, and lyophilized recombinant standards for building a standard curve. Reagents are sufficient for 96 microplate determinations and support studies of T-cell chemotaxis, pro-inflammatory signaling, and host immune regulation in poultry.
