Chicken IL-12 (p40) ELISA Kit

Manufactured by Assay Genie, this Sandwich ELISA Kit (Double Antibody) provides quantitative measurement of the chicken cytokine IL-12 (p40). The assay uses a colorimetric detection method and is reactive with chicken. Accepted sample types include serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples.

The kit has a sensitivity of 9.375 pg/mL and a working range of 15.625–1000 pg/mL. The workflow uses a pre-coated microplate: standards and samples are incubated for antigen binding, followed by a biotin-labelled detection antibody, HRP-Streptavidin conjugate, and TMB substrate development, with absorbance read at 450 nm. Reagents are stable at 2–8°C for 12 months. Linearity and recovery data for serum, EDTA plasma, and heparin plasma are documented with the kit.
