Chicken IL-10 ELISA Kit (CHFI00033)

Assay Genie supplies a sandwich, double-antibody ELISA for the quantitative measurement of chicken interleukin-10 (IL-10). The colorimetric assay uses a TMB substrate with absorbance read at 450 nm after a stop step and is validated for serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples of chicken origin. The kit is stored at 2–8°C for 12 months.

Reported performance characteristics include a sensitivity of 9.375 pg/mL and a working range of 15.625–1000 pg/mL. Linearity was assessed at 1:2, 1:4 and 1:8 dilutions: serum (n=5) 85–103%, 96–101% and 83–93%; EDTA plasma (n=5) 90–102%, 83–101% and 88–100%; heparin plasma (n=5) 85–101%, 84–101% and 80–89%. Spike-and-recovery ranges were 92–103% (serum, n=5, average 96%), 87–103% (EDTA plasma, n=5, average 96%) and 86–105% (heparin plasma, n=5, average 92%).
