Chicken Histone H4 (H4-I) ELISA Kit

Histone H4 is a core component of the nucleosome, wrapping and compacting DNA into chromatin and playing a central role in transcription regulation, DNA repair, DNA replication and chromosomal stability. Abnormalities in histone H4 have been implicated in cancer, autoimmune disorders and neurological conditions, supporting its value as a biomarker in epigenetic research.
