Chicken Follicle-Stimulating Hormone/FSH ELISA Kit

The protocol involves equilibrating TMB substrate for 30 minutes at room temperature, then adding 50 µL of standard or sample followed by 50 µL of biotin-labeled antibody to each well and incubating at 37°C for 45 minutes. The plate is then washed five times with one-minute soak times per wash. Color is developed by adding TMB substrate and incubating in the dark at 37°C for 10-20 minutes, after which stop solution is added so the color changes from blue to yellow, and absorbance is measured at 450 nm. Linearity was confirmed in serum, EDTA plasma, and heparin plasma at 1:2, 1:4, and 1:8 dilutions. Average recovery was 96% for serum, 93% for EDTA plasma, and 94% for heparin plasma.
