Chicken Cryptic protein (CFC1) ELISA Kit

The Assay Genie CFC1 Sandwich ELISA Kit is configured on a pre-coated 96-well microplate and uses a colorimetric readout measured at 450 nm, supporting quantitative detection of Chicken Cryptic protein in serum and plasma samples. CFC1, also called Cryptic family protein 1 or Cripto-1, is a GPI-anchored co-receptor in the Nodal/Activin TGF-β signaling pathway and is studied for its role in early embryonic patterning, mesoderm induction, and germ-layer specification.

Each kit contains the complete reagent set: pre-coated 96-well plate, capture antibody, biotinylated detection antibody, standards, wash buffer, substrate solution, and stop solution. The protocol typically uses 50-100 µL of sample per well with a total incubation of about 3.5 hours, and a seven-point standard curve is fitted with a four-parameter logistic model to interpolate sample concentrations.

For reliable performance, store unopened reagents at 2-8 °C, protect the substrate from light, and limit freeze-thaw cycles of reconstituted standards; aliquot and freeze at -20 °C for longer storage.
