Chicken bFGF/FGF2/Basic Fibroblast Growth Factor ELISA Kit

This Sandwich ELISA kit from Assay Genie is designed for the quantitative measurement of bFGF/FGF2 (Basic Fibroblast Growth Factor) using a Double Antibody format. The assay provides a detection range of 15.625-1000pg/mL with a sensitivity of 9.375pg/mL, making it suitable for chicken-derived samples. Detection is colorimetric, performed by reading the optical density at 450nm after addition of TMB substrate and acidic stop solution.

The kit accepts serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysates, and other liquid samples. A biotin-labelled detection antibody and HRP-Streptavidin conjugate (SABC) drive signal generation, with capture antibody pre-coated onto the microplate wells. Reagents are shipped on ice packs and the kit includes a validated Bradford Reagent to support total protein quantification and sample normalisation.
