Chicken 25-OH Vitamin D (25OHVD) ELISA Kit

A competitive ELISA with colorimetric detection from Assay Genie designed for quantifying 25-OH Vitamin D (25OHVD), also known as Calcifediol or Calcidiol, in chicken-derived samples. The assay operates across a working range of 3.12-200 nmol/L and accepts serum and plasma samples, with cell culture supernatants also supported. Optical density is read at 450 nm using a standard microplate reader. Supplied reagents include a pre-coated dismountable microplate, lyophilized standard, sample and assay diluents, detection reagents A and B, wash buffer, substrate, stop solution, and plate sealers.
