Certolizumab (Cimzia®) ELISA Kit

Assay Genie provides a colorimetric, free-drug enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) for the quantitative determination of certolizumab (Cimzia®) in human serum and plasma. It uses a solid-phase sandwich format, with certolizumab pegol-reactive microtiter wells, a horse radish peroxidase-conjugated probe, TMB substrate and stop solution.

The developed colour is proportional to the amount of certolizumab pegol in a sample or standard, and results can be determined directly from the standard curve. The stated detection limit is “37 (ng/mL),” with spike recovery of “85-115%.”
