Cell Fractionation ELISA Sampler Kit

For researchers profiling subcellular compartments, the Assay Genie Cell Fractionation ELISA Sampler Kit provides a bundled 4-plate, 48-well format configured to sample multiple analytes in parallel from a single human specimen batch. Each kit comprises four pre-configured 48-well microplates, allowing up to 192 individual measurements across the sampler panel.

The sampler is intended for cell fractionation workflows where cytoplasmic, nuclear, mitochondrial, or membrane fractions are interrogated for protein markers or signaling intermediates. Validated specifically for human serum and plasma inputs only (no cross-reactivity with rodent species has been established for this sampler configuration), the assay uses a standard chromogenic readout compatible with most plate readers, with a typical detection range of 0.5-50 ng/mL and a reported sensitivity near 0.1 ng/mL for the included capture antibodies. A 100 µL sample volume per well is recommended for the standard protocol. Storage at -20 degrees C for the reconstituted components is recommended for long-term stability, and unused wells should be resealed with the desiccant pack to limit moisture exposure.

For fractionation QC, the panel can be paired with marker-specific ELISAs to verify enrichment of organelle-specific proteins before downstream applications. Researchers should aliquot reagents upon first thaw to minimize repeated freeze-thaw cycles, which can degrade capture antibodies.
