CEBPD/E Colorimetric Cell-Based ELISA

From Assay Genie, this Cell-Based ELISA Kit enables the qualitative determination of CEBPD/E protein expression in cultured cells. The kit uses an indirect ELISA format in which CEBPD/E-specific primary antibodies capture the target while HRP-conjugated secondary antibodies bind the Fc region of the primary antibody and catalyse a colour reaction upon substrate addition. It is described as lysate-free, high-throughput, and sensitive, and can be used both for measuring relative CEBPD/E levels and for screening the effects of treatments, inhibitors (such as siRNA or chemicals), or activators.
