CDKN3 Colorimetric Cell-Based ELISA

A Cell-Based ELISA kit from Assay Genie designed to accurately measure CDKN3 protein levels in cell lysates. The assay uses a colorimetric detection method read at 450 nm in a 96-well microplate format, with a stated dynamic range of > 5000 Cells, and shows reactivity with both Human and Mouse samples. The recommended sample type is adherent cells.

The kit employs an indirect ELISA format in which CDKN3 is captured by target-specific primary antibodies and detected using HRP-conjugated secondary antibodies. A monoclonal antibody specific for human GAPDH is included to serve as an internal positive control for normalising target absorbance values, and Crystal Violet whole-cell staining is provided to determine cell density so that absorbance values can be adjusted for plating differences. Researchers can use the kit to assess the relative amounts of CDKN3 in cultured cells and to screen for the effects of treatments, inhibitors, or activators on CDKN3 expression.

Targeted at the Cell Cycle research area, the kit should be stored at 4°C with a stability of 6 Months.
