CDKL1 Colorimetric Cell-Based ELISA

This colorimetric cell-based ELISA from Assay Genie is a high-quality, lysate-free assay designed to detect CDKL1 protein expression in cultured cells. The kit employs an indirect ELISA format, in which CDKL1-specific primary antibodies capture the target while HRP-conjugated secondary antibodies enable a colorimetric readout at 450 nm. It is suitable for measuring relative CDKL1 levels in adherent cells and for screening the effects of various treatments, inhibitors (such as siRNA or chemicals), or activators on CDKL1 expression.

Reactivity is established for human and rat samples, with a dynamic range of greater than 5000 cells.
