CD50/ICAM-3 Colorimetric Cell-Based ELISA Kit

Manufactured by Assay Genie, this Cell-Based ELISA Kit is designed for the qualitative measurement of CD50/ICAM-3 protein expression profiles in cultured cells. The assay uses an indirect ELISA format in which CD50/ICAM-3 is captured by target-specific primary antibodies and detected via HRP-conjugated secondary antibodies that catalyze a colorimetric reaction read at 450 nm.

Reactive with human samples and suitable for adherent cells, the kit supports a dynamic range of > 5000 Cells.
