CD32 (Phospho-Tyr292)Fluorometric Cell-Based ELISA Kit

This Phospho Cell-Based ELISA Kit from Assay Genie is designed to monitor phosphorylation of CD32 at tyrosine 292 (Phospho-CD32 (Tyr292)) in cultured cells, and to screen the effects of treatments, inhibitors such as siRNA or chemicals, or activators on FCGR2B phosphorylation.

The assay uses a lysate-free, indirect ELISA format. Target is captured by phospho-specific primary antibodies, and Dye 1- and Dye 2-conjugated secondary antibodies allow fluorometric detection. A monoclonal anti-GAPDH antibody is included as an internal positive control, and an antibody against the non-phosphorylated counterpart of CD32 is provided for normalization of relative fluorescence units.

The kit has a dynamic range of > 5000 Cells, with reactivity against human, mouse, and rat samples. Plates are read at Ex/Em 651/667 (Dye 1) and 495/521 (Dye 2). Storage is at 4°C for 6 months.
