CD19 Colorimetric Cell-Based ELISA Kit

CD19 is a B-cell surface marker relevant to immunology and cancer biology research, and the kit provides a lysate-free, high-throughput indirect ELISA workflow suited to adherent cell samples.

The assay uses an indirect ELISA format in which CD19-specific primary antibodies are captured and detected with HRP-conjugated secondary antibodies, producing a colorimetric signal measured at 450 nm. A monoclonal anti-GAPDH antibody is included as an internal positive control for normalizing target absorbance values, and Crystal Violet whole-cell staining may be used to determine cell density and adjust for plating differences. The kit is reactive with human and mouse samples, is reported to perform across a dynamic range of > 5000 Cells, and is supplied in a 96-well microplate format. Storage is at 4 °C with a stated stability of 6 Months.
