CCRK Colorimetric Cell-Based ELISA

Assay Genie's CCRK Colorimetric Cell-Based ELISA Kit is a lysate-free, high-throughput assay for measuring CCRK (cyclin-dependent kinase 20) protein levels in cultured cells. The kit uses an indirect ELISA format, in which CCRK-specific primary antibodies capture the target and HRP-conjugated secondary antibodies catalyse a colorimetric reaction upon substrate addition. A monoclonal anti-GAPDH antibody is included as an internal positive control for normalisation, and Crystal Violet whole-cell staining may be used to determine cell density and adjust for plating differences. The kit is supplied in a 96-well microplate format with colorimetric detection at 450 nm and is intended for use with adherent cells, with reactivity demonstrated against human, mouse, and rat samples. The assay has a stated dynamic range of > 5000 cells, and the kit is stored at 4 °C with a stability of 6 months.
