CBL (Phospho-Tyr774)Colorimetric Cell-Based ELISA Kit

Manufactured by Assay Genie, this Cell-Based ELISA Kit enables the detection of phosphorylated CBL (Casitas B-lineage lymphoma proto-oncogene) at the Tyr774 site in cell lysates. The colorimetric assay operates at 450 nm and is validated for reactivity with human, mouse, and rat samples, with a dynamic range of > 5000 Cells.
