CBL (Phospho-Tyr700)Colorimetric Cell-Based ELISA Kit

From Assay Genie, this cell-based ELISA kit is designed for the detection of CBL phosphorylation at Tyrosine 700 in cultured cells. It offers a sensitive, lysate-free workflow that allows researchers to measure relative levels of phosphorylated CBL and to screen the effects of various treatments, inhibitors (such as siRNA or chemicals) or activators on CBL phosphorylation, supporting studies into signalling pathways implicated in cancer and autoimmune disorders.

Detection is achieved through an indirect ELISA format in which a CBL (Phospho-Tyr700)-specific primary antibody captures the target and an HRP-conjugated secondary antibody binds the Fc region of the primary. The HRP enzyme catalyses a colourimetric reaction on substrate addition, with absorbance read at 450 nm. A monoclonal anti-human GAPDH antibody is supplied as an internal positive control for normalisation, and Crystal Violet whole-cell staining is available as a further normalisation step.
