Catenin-beta (Phospho-Tyr489)Fluorometric Cell-Based ELISA Kit

Assay Genie's fluorometric cell-based ELISA kit targets phosphorylation of Catenin-beta at Tyr489 and monitors the expression profile of the protein in cultured cells using a lysate-free, high-throughput workflow. The qualitative, indirect ELISA format uses phospho-specific and total primary antibodies together with Dye 1- and Dye 2-conjugated secondary antibodies that emit light at defined wavelengths for fluorometric detection. The kit is reactive with human, mouse and rat samples and includes a monoclonal anti-GAPDH reagent as an internal positive control for normalizing relative fluorescence unit (RFU) readings, as well as an antibody against the non-phosphorylated counterpart to support further normalization.

With a dynamic range of > 5000 cells, the assay is suitable for measuring relative levels of phosphorylated CTNNB1 and for screening the effects of treatments, siRNA or other inhibitors, and activators on Catenin-beta phosphorylation. The kit is stored at 4°C and is stable for 6 months under these conditions.
