Caspase 10 Colorimetric Cell-Based ELISA Kit

From Assay Genie, this cell-based ELISA provides a lysate-free workflow for detecting Caspase 10 protein expression in adherent cell cultures. The assay uses an indirect ELISA format in which a Caspase 10-specific primary antibody captures the target, while an HRP-conjugated secondary antibody binds the Fc region of the primary to drive a colorimetric reaction read at 450 nm after substrate addition. It supports qualitative determination of relative Caspase 10 levels and is suited to screening the effects of treatments, inhibitors (such as siRNA or chemicals), or activators on Caspase 10.

A monoclonal anti-GAPDH antibody is included as an internal positive control for normalizing target absorbance, and an optional Crystal Violet whole-cell staining step allows cell density to be measured for further normalization. Reported reactivity is human, with a dynamic range of > 5000 cells. The assay is supplied in a 96-well microplate format and should be stored at 4 °C, where it is stable for 6 months.
