Caspase 1 Colorimetric Cell-Based ELISA Kit

From Assay Genie, this In-Cell ELISA kit enables qualitative measurement of Caspase 1 protein expression in cultured adherent cells using a lysate-free, high-throughput workflow. The assay uses an indirect ELISA format in which the target is captured by specific primary antibodies and detected with HRP-conjugated secondary antibodies, generating a colorimetric signal measured at 450 nm. The kit is reactive with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples and is suited to screening the effects of treatments, inhibitors (such as siRNA or chemicals), or activators on Caspase 1 expression in cells.

The assay has a dynamic range of > 5000 Cells and is supplied in a microplate format.
