Canine Tumor Necrosis Factor Beta (TNFb) ELISA Kit

Assay Genie's Canine TNF-beta (Lymphotoxin-alpha, LT-α) ELISA enables quantitative measurement of this pro-inflammatory cytokine in canine specimens. Reagents in this kit support 96 determinations run on a pre-coated microplate, with a chromogenic endpoint read on standard plate readers.

The kit supports canine research into immune-mediated and inflammatory conditions, including comparative cytokine profiling across experimental and clinical cohorts, and is applied to a broad panel of specimen types such as tissue homogenates, cell lysates, and cell culture supernatants. A recombinant calibrator is supplied for standard curve generation and interpolation of unknown concentrations. The assay is validated specifically for canine TNF-beta/LT-α and is not intended for cross-reactivity with other species.

Unopened kits should be stored refrigerated at 4 °C; reconstituted standards should be aliquoted and frozen to limit freeze-thaw cycles. Sample volumes in the low microliter range are used per well, with a minimum detectable concentration in the low single-digit pg/mL range reported in the product manual.
