Canine TNF alpha ELISA Kit

From Assay Genie, this Sandwich ELISA kit is developed for the precise measurement of TNF-alpha levels in canine samples. Using a double-antibody sandwich format, the assay supports research into inflammatory conditions, infectious diseases, and autoimmune disorders in dogs.

TNF-alpha is a key pro-inflammatory cytokine involved in the immune response and inflammation. The kit is validated for serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples. Detection is colorimetric, with absorbance read at 450 nm. Sensitivity is 9.375 pg/mL, with a working range of 15.625–1000 pg/mL. Unopened kits should be stored at 2-8°C for up to 12 months.

Reported recovery is 86-100% (average 94%) in serum, 90-105% (average 98%) in EDTA plasma, and 88-96% (average 93%) in heparin plasma (n=5). Linearity at 1:2, 1:4, and 1:8 dilutions ranges from 87-104%, 97-103%, and 86-103% for serum; 83-98%, 85-101%, and 93-101% for EDTA plasma; and 82-99%, 84-99%, and 82-100% for heparin plasma (n=5).
