Recovery of spiked recombinant MCP4 averages 91% in serum, 90% in EDTA plasma, and 84% in heparin plasma, with linearity preserved from 1:2 through 1:16 dilutions. Reproducibility studies report intra-assay CV below 10% and inter-assay CV below 12%, and the assay shows no significant cross-reactivity with related canine chemokine analogues. Each box contains a pre-coated 8x12 strip dismountable microplate, two vials of lyophilized recombinant canine CCL13 standard, 20 mL of sample diluent, 10 mL each of assay diluents A and B, 120 uL of detection reagent A and 120 uL of detection reagent B, 30 mL of wash buffer, 10 mL of substrate, 10 mL of stop solution, and five adhesive plate sealers. Storage is split: most reagents are kept at -20 degrees C while the wash buffer, substrate, and stop solution are stored at 4 degrees C.
