Canine Monocyte Chemotactic Protein 2 (MCP2) ELISA Kit

MCP2, also known as CCL8, is a CC-chemokine that recruits monocytes, lymphocytes, and other leukocytes to sites of inflammation and is investigated in canine models of infection, vaccine response, and chronic inflammatory disease. This Assay Genie kit provides capture antibodies pre-immobilized on a microplate, along with a biotinylated detection antibody and streptavidin-HRP conjugate, enabling quantitative measurement of endogenous canine MCP2 via an absorbance-based readout. The assay covers a detection range of 15.6 to 1000 pg/mL with a sensitivity below 10 pg/mL, and each well typically requires 100 uL of sample. Unopened reagents should be stored refrigerated, and the kit is supplied for in vitro research use only.
