Canine Interleukin 2 (IL-2) ELISA Kit

Canine IL-2 is a key cytokine secreted by activated T lymphocytes and is central to immune regulation, T cell proliferation, and NK cell activity in dogs. This Assay Genie kit enables quantitative measurement of interleukin-2 in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell lysates, and cell culture supernatants. The microplate is pre-coated with anti-canine IL-2 capture antibodies and the workflow pairs a biotinylated detection antibody with streptavidin-HRP for colorimetric readout. The standard curve spans a detection range of 15.6 to 1000 pg/mL with a sensitivity below 5 pg/mL, and the protocol uses approximately 100 µL of sample per well. Reconstituted standards should be aliquoted to limit freeze-thaw cycles; the unopened kit is shipped refrigerated and held at 4 °C until first use. Each pack contains a pre-coated plate, biotinylated antibody, lyophilized standard, streptavidin-HRP, wash buffer, TMB substrate, and stop solution.
