Canine Interleukin 10 (IL-10) ELISA Kit

The reported detection range is 15.6 to 1000 pg/mL with a sensitivity below 9.375 pg/mL, and the protocol calls for a 100 uL sample volume per well. Capture and detection antibodies are specific to canine IL-10 with no significant cross-reactivity with related canine cytokines such as IL-4, IL-6, or IFN-gamma. Unopened kits should be stored at 4 degrees C; reconstituted standards and other working reagents are kept at -20 degrees C and protected from light. The full assay run takes roughly 3.5 hours at room temperature with a final colorimetric read, and the kit is intended for research use only.
