Canine Interferon Gamma Induced Protein 10kDa (IP10) ELISA Kit

Quantitative measurement of canine IP-10 (CXCL10), a 10 kDa interferon-gamma-induced chemokine that drives recruitment of activated T lymphocytes and NK cells to inflamed tissue, is supported by this Assay Genie ELISA kit. Elevated IP-10 levels in dogs have been associated with viral infections (including canine distemper and parvovirus), immune-mediated hemolytic anemia, inflammatory bowel disease, and certain neoplasias, making the analyte a useful biomarker in translational canine immunology research.

The assay uses a 100 uL sample volume per well and is validated for serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell lysates, and cell culture supernatants. Reagents are supplied refrigerated; the kit is intended for research use only, not for diagnostic procedures.
