Canine Interferon Gamma (IFNg) ELISA Kit

The Assay Genie canine IFNg ELISA kit uses a pre-coated microplate paired with a biotinylated detection antibody and streptavidin-HRP reporter. The included standard produces a detection range of 15.6 to 1000 pg/mL, with a sensitivity below 5 pg/mL. Antibodies are canine-specific and show no significant cross-reactivity with mouse, rat, or human interferon gamma. Contents include one 96-well anti-IFNg coated plate, lyophilized recombinant canine IFNg standards, biotinylated detection antibody, streptavidin-HRP, wash buffer, TMB substrate, and stop solution. The recommended sample volume is 50 ul per well, plated in duplicate, with a total assay time of about 3.5 hours. Unopened kits are refrigerated at 2 to 8 degrees C; reconstituted standards should be aliquoted and frozen at -20 degrees C for long-term stability. For in vitro research use only.
