Canine IL-13 DIY ELISA Kit

The SuperSet VetLab DIY ELISA format from Assay Genie ships the three core immunoreagents in bulk: 100 µg of anti-canine IL-13 polyclonal capture antibody, 50 µg of biotinylated polyclonal detection antibody, and 5 µg of canine IL-13 recombinant standard, leaving the researcher to coat their own high-binding clear microplate and tune every buffer, incubation time, and working concentration. Reagents are shipped at room temperature and remain stable for up to twelve months from the date of receipt when stored under refrigerated conditions. Development relies on a TMB substrate incubated in the dark at room temperature for approximately 30 minutes, halted with 0.18 M sulfuric acid stop solution, and read on a standard microplate reader; washing uses 0.05% Tween-20 in DPBS, while the suggested reagent diluent and blocking buffer is 4% BSA in DPBS filtered at 0.2 µm. Validated canine sample matrices include whole blood, cell culture supernatant, tissue homogenates, serum, and plasma, and the target is catalogued under the synonyms IL13 and P600. Because every step must be optimized empirically, prior ELISA experience is strongly recommended; this kit is intended for research use only and is not for diagnostic applications.
