Canine IL-1 RA DIY ELISA Kit

Canine IL-1 receptor antagonist (IL-1 RA) is a naturally occurring anti-inflammatory cytokine that blocks IL-1 receptor signalling. Quantifying IL-1 RA in canine serum or plasma samples and in cell-culture supernatants is central to veterinary inflammation research, including work on osteoarthritis, sepsis, immune regulation, and acute-phase responses in dogs.

This Assay Genie DIY ELISA Kit is built around a flexible plate-economy workflow: bulk reagents are supplied and the user provides their own microplates, letting one kit cover up to 10 plates depending on how the standard curve and unknown samples are arranged across runs. The capture antibody, biotinylated detection antibody, streptavidin-HRP conjugate, assay diluent, wash buffer, and TMB substrate are all included; only the plate and laboratory-grade water must be supplied by the user.
