Canine IFN gamma DIY ELISA Kit

Interferon-gamma (IFN-γ) is a type II cytokine central to Th1-type immune responses, macrophage activation, and cell-mediated immunity in dogs. The Assay Genie DIY ELISA Kit enables researchers to quantify canine IFN-γ protein concentrations in cell culture supernatant, serum or plasma samples using supplied capture antibody, biotinylated detection reagent, recombinant canine standard, and streptavidin-HRP working solution. With a detection range of 15.6 to 1000 pg/mL, sensitivity below 5 pg/mL, and a 100 µL sample volume requirement, the assay supports quantitative analysis of cytokine secretion in vaccine efficacy studies, infectious disease models, and veterinary immunology research. The DIY format provides flexibility for custom plate coating and is supplied with reagents sufficient for up to 10 microplates. Antibody-coated plates, standards, and detection components should be kept refrigerated between uses to preserve activity and ensure reproducible standard curves across runs.
