Canine HS (Heparan Sulfate) ELISA Kit

Heparan sulfate (HS) is a sulfated glycosaminoglycan expressed on cell surfaces and within the extracellular matrix, where it modulates growth factor signaling, coagulation cascades, and inflammatory responses. The Assay Genie Canine HS ELISA Kit enables quantitative measurement of this matrix component in canine-derived specimens, supporting translational research into glomerular pathology, osteoarthritis progression, and tumor microenvironments in dog models.

Built on a competitive immunoassay architecture, the kit is supplied as a complete package with pre-coated microplate wells, assay buffer, detection reagents, and a serial-dilution standard set calibrated against canine HS. The protocol accepts microliter-scale inputs, and the colour development step is read on a standard plate reader equipped with the appropriate filter.
