Canine High Mobility Group AT Hook Protein 1 (HMGA1) ELISA Kit

HMGA1 is a small, non-histone chromatin-associated protein belonging to the high mobility group AT-hook family. It binds AT-rich regions in the minor groove of B-form DNA through three AT-hook domains and acts as an architectural transcription factor that remodels chromatin structure and modulates gene expression. The protein participates in cell proliferation, differentiation, embryonic stem cell self-renewal, and has been implicated in neoplastic transformation and tumor progression when overexpressed.
