Canine Colony Stimulating Factor 2, Granulocyte Macrophage (GMCSF) ELISA Kit

This Assay Genie kit quantifies canine GM-CSF (also known as CSF2), a cytokine that drives proliferation and differentiation of granulocyte and macrophage progenitors in the bone marrow. It supports studies of canine hematopoiesis, innate immune regulation, and inflammatory disease models, including periodontal disease, atopic dermatitis, and post-vaccination immune responses in dogs.

For protocol planning, the working detection range spans 15.6 to 1000 pg/mL, with sensitivity less than 5 pg/mL and a recommended sample volume of 100 uL per well. Reconstituted standards and detection antibody should be kept refrigerated; for longer storage, freeze in working aliquots and limit freeze-thaw cycles to preserve binding activity.
