Canine Atrial Natriuretic Peptide (ANP) ELISA Kit

The Assay Genie Canine ANP ELISA Kit is intended for in vitro research quantification of atrial natriuretic peptide, a 28-amino acid cardiac hormone secreted by atrial cardiomyocytes in response to myocardial stretch and volume overload. In canine models, circulating ANP serves as a circulating biomarker for congestive heart failure, dilated cardiomyopathy, mitral valve disease, and chronic kidney disease with cardiac involvement.

Researchers studying cardiopulmonary hemodynamics, renal sodium handling, and neurohormonal activation in dogs can use this kit to measure endogenous peptide levels.
