Canine Angiotensin I (AngI) ELISA Kit

This competitive binding immunoassay from Assay Genie quantifies endogenous Angiotensin I levels in canine blood-derived samples, tissue homogenates, and cell culture supernatants. The microplate is pre-coated with AngI antigen, and sample peptide competes with immobilized antigen for binding to an HRP-conjugated detection antibody, producing a signal that decreases as analyte concentration rises.

Each kit supplies a pre-coated microplate, lyophilized canine AngI standards, detection antibody concentrate, wash buffer, TMB substrate, and stop solution — sufficient for 96 determinations run in duplicate. The standard protocol requires a 50 µL sample volume per well, with absorbance read after substrate addition and concentrations interpolated from a calibration curve spanning 15.6 to 1000 pg/mL. The minimum detectable dose is approximately 4.7 pg/mL, supporting both basal and pharmacologically stimulated AngI measurements.
