Anti-cyclic citrullinated peptide antibodies (ACCPA) are established serological markers investigated in rheumatoid arthritis research and related autoimmune studies. This canine-specific immunoassay kit from Assay Genie supports quantitative measurement of ACCPA levels in canine specimens, enabling translational studies in veterinary immunology and comparative disease models. The kit is configured for 96 determinations per plate and is intended for research use only, applied to in vitro canine sample analysis rather than clinical diagnostic use.

Each kit includes a pre-coated microplate, biotinylated detection antibody, streptavidin-HRP conjugate, wash buffer concentrate, standard diluent, substrate solution, stop solution, and plate sealers. A standard curve is generated from the included calibrators to interpolate ACCPA concentrations in unknown samples. Optical density is read on a standard microplate reader, with absorbance values converted to antibody concentrations via the calibration curve.

Researchers in veterinary medicine, comparative immunology, and translational autoimmune disease studies use this reagent to investigate ACCPA seropositivity in dogs, explore breed-specific autoimmune predisposition, and evaluate longitudinal immune responses in experimental cohorts. All kit components should be stored refrigerated between uses, protected from light where indicated, and equilibrated to room temperature before each run. Reagents remain stable through the printed expiration date when handled according to the included protocol.
