Canakinumab (Ilaris®)Antibody screening - Qualitative ELISA Kit

This colorimetric, qualitative antibody-screening ELISA from Assay Genie is designed for the qualitative analysis of antibodies to canakinumab (Ilaris®) in human serum and plasma samples. It uses a solid-phase enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay based on the sandwich principle, with a microtiter plate coated with canakinumab and an HRP-conjugated probe.

After incubation and washing, a chromogen substrate is added and the reaction is terminated with an acidic stop solution. Colour development is proportional to the amount of canakinumab antibodies in the samples or controls, and results are evaluated using a cutoff value. The stated required sample volume is “10 µl” and the total time is “140 minutes”.
