CaMK1-beta Colorimetric Cell-Based ELISA

From Assay Genie, this Cell-Based ELISA Kit is designed for the quantitative detection of CaMK1-beta (calcium/calmodulin-dependent protein kinase 1-beta) in cell lysates and tissue samples. The assay uses a colorimetric detection method with readout at 450 nm and is reactive with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples, with adherent cells as the recommended sample type.
