Caldesmon (Phospho-Ser789)Colorimetric Cell-Based ELISA Kit

From Assay Genie, this phospho-specific Cell-Based ELISA kit enables qualitative measurement of Caldesmon phosphorylated at serine 789 in cultured cells. The lysate-free, indirect ELISA format uses target-specific primary antibodies with HRP-conjugated secondary antibodies, producing a colorimetric signal measured at 450 nm. A monoclonal antibody specific for human GAPDH is included as an internal positive control for normalization, and a Crystal Violet whole-cell staining step is provided so that cell density may be accounted for after the colorimetric read. The assay has a dynamic range of > 5000 Cells, is reactive with Human, Mouse and Rat samples, and is intended for use with adherent cells.
