C-RAF (Phospho-Ser621)Colorimetric Cell-Based ELISA Kit

Designed for the accurate detection of phosphorylated C-RAF at serine 621, this Cell-Based ELISA Kit from Assay Genie provides a convenient, lysate-free, high-throughput assay format for measuring C-RAF protein phosphorylation and expression profile directly in cultured cells. The assay uses an indirect ELISA format in which C-RAF (Phospho-Ser621) is captured by target-specific primary antibodies and detected using HRP-conjugated secondary antibodies that catalyze a colorimetric reaction upon substrate addition, measured at 450 nm.

The kit is suitable for adherent cells and can be used both to measure relative levels of phosphorylated C-RAF and to screen the effects of various treatments, inhibitors (such as siRNA or chemicals), or activators on C-RAF phosphorylation.
