C-RAF (Phospho-Ser43)Colorimetric Cell-Based ELISA Kit

Manufactured by Assay Genie, this cell-based ELISA kit is designed to detect C-RAF protein phosphorylation and expression profile in cultured adherent cells. The kit targets C-RAF (Phospho-Ser43) and shows reactivity with human, mouse, and rat samples. Detection is performed using a colorimetric method at 450 nm in an indirect ELISA format, in which C-RAF (Phospho-Ser43) is captured by specific primary antibodies and HRP-conjugated secondary antibodies bind the Fc region of the primary antibody, catalyzing a colorimetric reaction upon substrate addition.

The kit provides a dynamic range of > 5000 Cells and offers a convenient, lysate-free workflow for high-throughput applications. It can be used to measure the relative amounts of phosphorylated C-RAF in cultured cells and to screen the effects of various treatments, inhibitors such as siRNA or chemicals, or activators on C-RAF phosphorylation.
